Goal #1: Water

Everybody knows that it is important to drink water. Still, many people do not drink the recommended amount of water each day. Health experts recommend drinking 64oz (8 cups) of water per day. At first glance, that might sound a little daunting. Before explaining how you can start drinking enough water, we would like to share the benefits.

Benefits:
- Get rid of headaches
- Boost immune system
- Boost energy
- Improve complexion
- Flush out toxins
- Prevent kidney stones
- Promote weight loss
- Relieve fatigue
- Relieve constipation

Problems caused by dehydration:
- Acne
- Bags under eyes
- Painful sunburns
- Migraines
- Kidney problems
- Muscle cramps
- Constipation
- Hypertension

While there are still many benefits that we didn't mention, the message is clear. Many health problems that we suffer from day to day could most likely be eased if we just drank enough water. To achieve this goal, here is our suggestion:

Instead of trying to drink 8 cups of 8oz of water, purchase a 32oz water bottle. This way you only have to fill it up twice to get the recommended amount of water. Also, set a time that you want to be done with your first 32oz. For example, if you work 9-5, you may want to set 12pm to have the 1st done and 5pm to have the 2nd.
